      Almond Flour, Erythritol*, Coconut Flour, Allulose*, Inulin*, Blueberries, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Leavening (sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Gum Acacia, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Stevia Sweetener (steviol Glycosides), Natural Flavor.

      Directions

      You Will Need: 1/3 cup Canola oil, 4 Large eggs, 1 Tablespoon water. Baking Instructions: See side of box for ingredient swaps. Step 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place baking cups in 9 muffin cups. Step 2. Mix: Stir muffin mix, oil, eggs, and water together in a large bowl until well blended. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups. Step 3. Bake: Bake 18 to 21 minutes. Muffins are done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Try These Ingredients Swaps: Replace 1/3 cup canola oil with: 1/3 cup melted coconut oil, melted butter, avocado oil, or plain Greek yogurt. Do not eat raw batter.
