      Cooks in approximately 10 min. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Ready in 10 minutes or less 2 easy step preparations. Watch the chef prepare your delicious meal! Stovetop Cooking: Remove sauce packet. Thaw sauce under running water. Set aside. Microwave rice pouch on high power for 3 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Set aside. Heat 2-3 tbsp sesame oil/vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet. Add chicken and vegetables and stir fry for 6-7 minutes. Add sauce and stir 1 minute until hot. Carefully open rice pouch. Spread the rice on a plate and top with chicken and vegetables. For best taste serve immediately. Microwave Instructions: Remove the sauce packet. Thaw sauce under running water. Set aside. Microwave rice pouch on high power for 3 minutes. Let stand in microwave for 1 minute. Set aside. Place chicken and vegetables on microwave - safe dish. Microwave on high power for 7 minutes. Add sauce and stir for 1 minute. Microwave on high power for 4-5 minutes. Stir and blend ingredients. Carefully open rice pouch. Spread the rice on a plate and top with chicken and vegetables. For best taste serve immediately. Cooking times may vary depending upon equipment. Modify time as needed. Product should be cooked thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 71 degrees C or 16 degrees F.
