      Py Mai Fun. Fast prep. Serve, boil, or stir fry with meats or vegetables. Classic Chinese cuisine.

      Ingredients

      Rice Flour, Corn Starch, Water

      Boiled: Add package of Ty Ling Rice Sticks to 3 quarts boiling water. Cook for about three minutes and drain. Serves 4 to 6. Can be served with Ty Ling Hoisin Sauce. Deep Fried: Put 2-1/2 inches of oil (peanut or vegetable) into a deep pan, heat to 375 degrees to 400 degrees. Break Ty Ling Rice Sticks into small portions, about 3 Inches long. Put into the hot oil, it will puff in a few seconds. Remove with a skimmer or slotted spoon as soon as they stop crackling and place on a paper towel to drain. Great as a garnish for stir fried dishes or in western salads. Note: Remove all small pieces from oil to prevent burning and smoking
