      With all the rich flavor of our gumbo base, our gumbo & rice box takes you one step closer to the finished product, with rice already in the mix.

      Ingredients

      Enriched Long Grain Parboiled Rice (rice, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Corn Starch, Dried Onion, Salt, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (hydrolyzed Corn Protein, Safflower Oil), Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Caramel Color, Dried Garlic, Natural Flavor.

      Directions

      Cooking Directions: To Make Chicken & Sausage Gumbo: 1. Combine cold water or chicken stock (6 cups) and Entree Mix in a 4qt. pot. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently. 2. Add cooked chicken and/or sausage (2 Ibs). Bring to a second boil, then reduce heat to low. 3. Cover pot and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally. Ensure meat is thoroughly cooked to 165\ degrees F. Remove from heat. Enjoy! To Make Seafood Gumbo: 1. Combine cold water or seafood stock (6 cups) and Entree. 1. Mix in a 4qt. pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. 2. Add uncooked seafood (2 lbs). Bring to a second boil, then reduce heat to low. 3. Cover pot and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir occasionally. Remove from heat. Ensure seafood is thoroughly cooked to 145 degrees F. Enjoy!
