      Ingredients: Deionized Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Polyquaternium - 11, Panthenol (provitamin B5), Hydrolyzed Collagen, Argan Oil Peg-8 Esters, Olive Oil Peg-7 Esters, Carbomer, Benzophenone-4, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Fragrance, Amyl Cinnamal, Blue 1 (ci 42090).

      Directions

      Directions: For best results, apply moderate amount of Jel Activator into hands and rub together. Thoroughly massage into hair and scalp then apply Luster's Pink Oil Moisturizer. Style as desired.

      Good for 12 months once opened.
